Canopy exists because of a gap Joe kept seeing: agencies charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month, DIY tools quietly cost owners 10 to 15 hours a week, and most local service businesses fall into the space between, invisible in their own city. Canopy sits in that gap: the website, blog, reviews, Google presence, and social run in the background, and the owner approves the important things with a text.
The writing here comes out of that work. Every week Canopy's team hand-researches the websites of working plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, and other trades: what they're missing, what the DIY builders left broken, which searches they don't show up for.
